Don't quit. Outlast it.
NotNow is a free app for men who want to stop watching porn. Instead of promising "never again", you make a small promise: not now. Wait 7 days. Then 8. Then 9. Each gap is a little longer, up to 90 days, until the habit fades out of your life.
Open NotNow, freeHow it works
- One question to start: "Your next time is in 7 days. Can you wait until then?"
- A simple home screen: a ring that counts down, and the date you can.
- Levels go up by themselves. When a gap ends you move up a level. If you let your chance go, you jump one extra level next time.
- An urge button for the hardest minutes: breathing, your reasons, one thing to do right now.
- Grow: your big dream with a photo, daily training from day 2, your own daily and weekly goals. Points earn level jumps.
- Slips don't reset you to zero. You keep your level; only the current gap restarts.
Why waiting works better than quitting
"Quit forever" fails the moment willpower runs out. A date is easier to hold on to than "never". Urges rise, peak and pass; you only need to get through the next few minutes, and then the next few days. NotNow turns that into a calm, visible path.
Who it's for
Men who want their focus, energy and confidence back, and who want to be present in real relationships. NotNow is a self-help tool, not therapy.
